Reason: Maintenance Works
Starting: 9 pm, 28 May 2026
Finishing: 2 am, 29 May 2026
Prior to the interruption please store sufficient water for your day's needs.
During the water supply interruption do not use any taps or water using appliances.
We will make every effort to return water supply to normal as soon as possible.

Before the water supply interruption
- If you are on dialysis or have special water requirements, please contact us immediately on 1800 188 586 any time. We will also proactively contact any customers we are aware of that have special needs.
- We strongly recommend that you store water where possible (e .g. sink, containers, jugs, etc.) so you have access to water during the interruption.
- We also suggest to turn off your stop tap at your water meter for the
duration of the interruption to prevent any discoloured water entering your property. This will also avoid risk to your hot water system and other water using appliances
During the water supply interruption
- Do not use any taps or water using appliances. If one is inadvertently turned on, please turn off immediately.
- Heating and cooling appliances should be treated with caution and operated only in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations for water supply shutdown.
After the water supply interruption
- Turn on your stop tap near your water meter if you turned it off during the interruption to water supply.
- If water is discoloured or cloudy, run water at a tap closest to your water meter for one to two minutes until the water becomes clear. Use any collected water for use in the garden.
- We advise against drawing hot water
- Following the works it is often necessary for our staff to flush the water mains to restore water quality. Any loss of water will be kept to a minimum.
