South West Loddon Pipeline Outage

Last updated: 12.30 pm, 30 September 2022

Kinypanial Central Road and Kurting Fiery Flat Road areas

Unplanned interruption

Reason: Pipeline Burst

Starting: 30 September 2022

Part of the South West Loddon Pipeline in the Kinypanial Central Road and Kurting Fiery Flat Road areas has been turned off due to pipeline bursts which will affect rural customers in these areas. Rural customers supplied by this pipeline should rely on their mandatory three days’ on-farm water storage during this time.

The pipeline will be off for an extended period of time due to the current weather conditions where repair crews are unable to access the area. We estimate repairs to be completed in the next couple of weeks, pending improved weather conditions. Pipeline customers may experience low water pressure or no water during this time

Affected customers who require water for household purposes (i.e. bathing, dishes, etc.) to get them through the next couple of weeks, please call GWMWater on 1800 188 586 any time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please call us on 1800 188 586 any time if you have any queries or experience any subsequent service difficulties.
