The Corporate Resources Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporation’s Divisions on an ‘as needed’ basis under the direction of the manager and/or Senior Corporate Resources Officer.
Tasks include but are not limited to data entry, document preparation and collation, title and company searches and the servicing of internal working groups as part of a Board Secretariat ‘resource pool’.
The position also assists with the day-to-day recording of all external communication received (via mail, email and fax) within our records management system and its allocation to appropriate staff.

Communications and Engagement Coordinator - Position Description #3204
The Water Services Operator - West Wimmera undertakes works on all water and wastewater assets to ensure they are maintained in optimum working condition.
The position will be based in the West Wimmera area and will be required to undertake duties as required throughout the West Wimmera region. From time-to-time there may also be a need to work within other GWMWater operational regions.
A prompt response to both customers’ reported faults and service delivery interruptions are of major importance.

Our recruitment process
Assessment
All applications are assessed by a selection panel. Each member of the selection panel compares the information from each applicant with the position description selection criteria, as well as against the other applicants.
Interview
If you're selected for interview, we'll invite you to meet us for a discussion about your skills and experiences in relation to the role.
At this point, we may also:
- have a chat with your referees to get a better understanding of you as a person and your suitability for the role
- ask you to undergo Psychometric Testing, simply as part of the selection process.
Offer
If we'd like to offer you a position:
- We may ask that you take a medical examination, depending on the role. This is so we're sure that we won't be risking your health as part of your role.
- You may also be required to undergo a police/criminal record check depending on the role.
