Your Say: 2028 - 2033 Price Submission
Planning our future services
Every five years we submit our plan for our services and our prices to the Essential Services Commission (ESC), Victoria’s independent regulator of water services for consumers. This is called a price submission, which the ESC reviews and approves.
We're now planning for the future through our 2028-33 Price Submission, which will set out the services we'll provide, the investments we'll make, and the prices customers will pay from 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2033.
Have your say
As we develop our plan, we're seeking input from customers, stakeholders and communities across our region. We want to understand what matters most to you, where we should focus our efforts, and how we can continue to deliver value for our customers.
Over the coming months, there will be opportunities to share your views and help shape our five-year plan.
Community Panel
Join our Community Panel to discuss what projects and services are most important to deliver for our community over the next five years.
We’re looking for up to 15 customers reflective of our large service area to participate on our panel between November 2026 and June 2027.
