Mildura Rural City Council has engaged Waterex (Mildura) to undertake an upgrade of the Storm Water System in Ouyen. The new storm water pipe crosses GWMWater’s Northern Mallee Pipeline in Ouyen and will require an interruption to supply affecting approximately 192 rural properties between Ouyen and Underbool.
Customers should ensure that their mandatory three (3) days on farm storage tanks are holding sufficient supplies to ensure that they have water for the period of the outage.
Please note: There will be an automatic deferral of works within 24-48 hours after above times in the event of extreme weather where temperatures are above 38 degrees celsius or a total fire ban.

Customers are advised that there will be an interruption to water supply from the Northern Mallee Pipeline from Ouyen to Underbool between the hours of 6 am on Tuesday 30 January and 4 pm on Wednesday 31 January 2018. Customers should ensure that their mandatory three (3) days on farm storage tanks are holding sufficient supplies to ensure that they have water for the period of the outage.
