Property one: 1508 Rocklands Road, Rocklands
Expressions of Interest are sought from Incorporated Community Groups to lease the house at 1508 Rocklands Road, Rocklands Victoria.
The house comprises of three bedrooms, one bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen and dining area and two living areas. The house has wood heating and air conditioning. The outdoor area includes a fully enclosed shed and spacious backyard.
The house will be leased on an as is basis. GWMWater is offering a 10 year lease with the option of a further term.
Property inspection:
The property will be open for inspection on Monday 28 November 2022 between 11 am and 1 pm.
Expression of Interest form:
Applicants should submit an Expression of Interest stipulating their capital improvement outlay to develop the property and a proposed annual lease fee.
